Lee has been invited to cook at the Rock Oyster Festival in Cornwall by his good friend Jack Stein on the weekend of 29th – 31st July 2022. It’s always a pleasure to be invited to cook alongside such amazing chefs at festivals, which is something Lee loves being involed in, but this is his first time being involved in this incredibly distinguished festival and he looks forward to seeing you there!


Lee will be cooking at Breddos on the 6th March 2022 for their 5th birthday bash! Lee is cooking a course in collaboration and alongside many other talented chef friends of his. The lucky ticket holders will get to enjoy one of Lee’s signature snacks of Tuna, black garlic, salsa Negra and nori tartlet!


Lee will be cooking at The Peligoni Club in Greece as part of a Guest Chef Series on the 29th June and 2nd July 2021. Lee will be taking full advantage of the local, seasonal ingredients and using an ecological approach to his menu.

Lee recently started a mini series which focuses on exploring, sourcing and cooking some of the best produce Britain has to offer. A collaboration between Lee and the incredibly talented Steve Turvey.
